SOE is a well-established charitable organisation dedicated to supporting the work of Operational Engineers, for the benefit of public safety. They brought us in to improve their London headquarters, with a fresh look to improve workflow and evoke a new company culture.
Rather than relocating to new offices, SOE stayed in its existing three-storey building in Westminster and brought us on board to transform the dark, uninspiring and impractical space into a light, upbeat and productive working environment. In addition to improving the interior, SOE also requested that we work on the appearance and accessibility of the building’s outdated exterior.
