Discover
We get under the skin of your business to understand how you work, your culture, the challenges, opportunities and objectives. This is an exploratory phase that sets the scene for your bespoke workplace strategy, and introduces you to how we work.
Define
We analyse the gathered information and insights, and produce a workplace strategy that is the most strategic solution for your business. Concepts are explored and goals are set, test fits and a cost analysis take place; pinning down the full scope of the project.
Design
This is a highly creative phase where, together, we work to visualise a space that creates the opportunities identified in your workplace strategy. We bring the full complement of our expertise to bear in the creation of intelligent designs that resonate with your business on a functional,aesthetic and human level.
Detail
Design creates lasting value, and part of our de-risking process is in the transparency of details. We draw up detailed specifications, drawings and documentation and lock down a fixed price contract: giving you total confidence. Complete transparency; nothing is hidden.
Deliver
It’s in this final phase that you fully realise the benefits of our seamless process and the Progressive Budgeting that runs throughout it. With other approaches, delivery can be the point at which you realise your vision or deadline have not been achieved — causing considerable cost and time implications. Because our process is seamless, the risk of badly executed handovers and miscommunication at transitional points has been mitigated. No intensive stress points. No nasty surprises.
Demonstrate
We go further than project completion. On completion and hand-over of your workspace we revisit and score the project objectives, set at the beginning of the process and demonstrate the value we have created and celebrate this with you! We’ll be sure to reach out to you at 6, 9 and 12 month intervals after project completion to ensure everything is working. We will at your side long after project completion, to ensure ultimate success for you and your project!
