An extensive conversion and refurbishment of Pangaea's new facility. Our client approached us as they were closing their Series A funding round, requiring a new HQ, R&D and client engagement space in order to scale up their processes to meet their new investors aggressive timescales for growth.
Incorporating state-of-the-art laboratories and a video editing suite, the 48,000 sq ft. campus style head office is located close to the M1 with lots of parking.
From initial building searches and feasibility, through to a full RIBA (0-8) including fast track delivery – Woodalls seamlessly took the project from discovery through to delivery, overcoming extensive challenges.
