After rapid growth, our cutting-edge tech client located in Central London asked Woodalls to support them in expanding into a new floor within their existing building.

The primary objective of the project was to create a workspace that not only accommodated their growing team but also reflected our client's identity and personality, while seamlessly blending with the existing aesthetics on the lower floor. Design elements were carefully chosen to incorporate cool monochromatic industrial finishes, with high exposed ceilings and black pendant lighting. The walls are adorned with dynamic artwork and personal touches that embody the innovative spirit of our client. Soft furnishings and furniture offer vibrant pops of the brand colour palette to soften the cool urban aesthetic. Brand signage is proudly placed in welcome areas and collaboration spaces, continuing the monochromatic look. From a functional point of view, we delivered more space and work styles to accommodate their expanding team.

Emphasis was placed on adding more meeting spaces, phone booths, teapoints, workstations, and meeting rooms to enhance collaboration and productivity; brand colours are carefully selected throughout these spaces to infuse a sense of cohesion and purpose.

The client was thrilled with the quick and efficient delivery of the project, which exceeded their expectations.
