A massive shift is happening in how we approach the office, that is no surprise. The work we’ve been doing at Woodalls with AXA UK over the last year is a direct response to the severe change and adaptation every organisation has had to consider. AXA UK have been incredibly proactive at tackling what those principles are and how that is reflected back in their built environment. Woodalls supported them through an immense shift in company culture – from presenteeism to a productive, remote working organisation to a largely unknown future. With many eyes on what the London headquarters would look like and how it would operate as a pilot site for their new ways of working, we engaged and iterated and found a way to communicate to all stakeholders what that future would look like.
